Club EXHALE program opens
up this January 2025!
Club Overview
E.X.H.A.L.E. means Empowerment, eXcellence, Healing, Advocacy, Love, and Education.
Club E.X.H.A.L.E is a weekly program for Girls between the age of 7 - 11 with a special Leaders In Training group for Girls age 12-15). Through various activities like: specialized skill development, life skills, music & art, physical activity, nutrition, self-esteem, cultural awareness, confidence building and MUCH MORE we seek to help girls build a stronger sense of belonging living in Carleton County!
Back-to-School Braids
We know how hectic it can be for parents to ensure their children head back to class with confidence and excitement. So we're offering a stress free hairstyling day for your children going back to school. By participating, you're not just getting a fabulous hair service for your child, you will also be helping G.H.A.M.P reach their program initiatives for the 2024/2025 fiscal year. One of which is to give more children a camp experience.

E.X.H.A.L.E For All Well-Being
For non Club Exhale attendee's this would be your chance to join a program event. Be sure to look out for our ALL ARE WELCOME events that happen throughout the year.
Club E.X.H.A.L.E
